We are a childcare center and therefore a bit bigger than your average birthday party or function. Wina arrived on time (early even!), applied facepaint to almost 60 children ranging in ages from 15 months to 5 years old, and created some of the best artistic interpretations of tigers, vampires, and Fourth of July American flags that I've ever seen on little faces. She did this all with grace, patience, and a sense of humor. Many parents and teachers were asking for her business card at the end of the day. I would recommend Party Picassos for any facepainting event you have in the future!

Wina Shelley from Party Picassos was Awesome! She showed up early and did an excellent job! We had a rather large amount of children as it was a public event and she made sure everyone left happy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a face painter. She was Great!

I can't not say enough about how AMAZING our experience was!!!! Wina was a complete smash at the birthday party we had for our 7 year old. The girls were thrilled and so were their parents when they came to pick them up. We were all blown away, each face, painted necklace and painted arm were breathtaking. Her artwork in so gorgeous and her personality is wonderful, she was so great with the kids. If you are ever looking to hire someone with this talent I would highly recommend her, I couldn't have asked for anything more from her! We had 19 VERY happy girls!!!

I can't even begin to tell you how happy I was that I hired Party Picassos to face paint and make balloon creations at our wedding. We had about 40 kids there of all ages - and Wina and her son had them all completely enthralled for the entire time. Such huge smiles, such a relief to parents who could then enjoy themselves on the dance floor. There was a line for her table the entire time, and we had them stay an extra 90 min! I have never, ever, anywhere seen facepainting like Wina's - she is a TRUE artist -and each face she created was magic. She was pleasure to work with in all aspects, and seeing the smiling kids at my wedding was one of my fondest memories

Wina did an amazing job with my kids and their 25+ classmates/cousins. Wina did an array of faces from flowers to a full teenage mutant ninja turtle face! She also added glitter to some! We had a Halloween theme so it was great seeing their face matching their costume!!! Wina was a last minute add to our party and we were very happy with her enthusiastic personality!!!! I will definitely call her again!!!! Thank you Wina!

Wina was an absolute joy to have at our event and did a wonderful job with the kids. The painted faces looked great, and all of the kids basically begged Wina to stay longer. I'm hoping to hire her back next year. Two Thumbs Up!

She was amazing!! She accommodated me at the last minute and the children loved her. She had something for everyone. Even when the toddlers were afraid to have their faces painted she provided stickers and dressed them up with sparkles. I will definitely book her again and again.
