If you are looking for a professional SCAM artist, Rina Vibella is your girl! I paid her 182.00 at the end of July, but on the day of the party she called me and asked if I still wanted her to come because she "never received payment". I fell for her lie ASSuming that maybe someone hacked her page or something so I told her to go ahead and come and I'll pay her the 182 and my bank will handle it later. My bank did it's investigation and in the end I found out that it was her all along. I paid her twice and she got away with. She is a solo scam artist. She gave me an information card with "ARTISTA PROJECT" on it with the number.. the number is disconnected. SMH

I apologize you feel so much in this regard. I can assure you that I did not receive the payment via the credit card transaction you mentioned. I certainly had experienced a very unwelcoming situation that pertains to a stolen identity. I was forced to get new cards, new bank account, as well as change other important information. I highly suggest managing this directly yourself, with the help of the bank, you are welcome to assert yourself to get a refund, via a dispute. The person that stole my identity was someone close to me, someone I no longer have any affiliations with. Again, I have checked with the merchant service and disputes are helpful. T

Reina was amazing! She had had a lot patience with these kids. She did a fantastic job and totally recommend her to other potential clients. Face painting/ balloon artist was a big hit . I definitely will book her or the company Artista project through future events. I’m so glad I found gigmasters app just in time for baby’s first birthday.

We had the opportunity to have Sunshine be the artist for our daughter's 3rd year birthday party, and she was phenomenal! She was punctual, professional and overall friendly with the children. She was very accommodating to our guests. She was super efficient and the quality of her work was amazing! We truly look forward to contracting with them again.

Stunning work! I hired this Artist because I saw her at an event, and I had to have her at mine. She was diligent with her art, but I noticed she creates some stellar pieces in almost no amount of time. The best part of this hire with her is that she was very polite to my guests, I cane to see her many times to recreate my daughter’s artwork because she kept playing in our slip n’ slide. Needless to say, she was very well mannered. She help d clean up Emma’s face and did an awesome piece of work for her work the best cheetah print I have ever seen. I’m hiring her for my other daughters birthday party, too!

This person had more excuses than carter has liver pills. Billed us 3 times, kept telling us that she didn't receive the money, she says she got hacked. Not my problem lady. We had a singed contract and receipt of payment in full, she was a no show. Would NEVER suggest using her. Don't trust her for all the money in the world.

Hi Sandra ~ I submitted to you a Full Refund of $804.70. Also, 4 days before your event you mentioned you wanted to keep Services. I asked you several times to sign a supplement to the contract you sign, Agreeing to Pay the Amount due after the Refund returned to your account. Since I had not heard from you, & you had chosen not to sign the new contract after a Refund has been issued, i sent you emails many times, including phone calls, and texts that you would need to sign the new contract to keep services. I understand personal problems are not your issue, however I politely asked you to work with me in regards to Resolution. I did my best ~ Thanks!

Sunshine was very sweet, and friendly with the kids! Her artwork went way above what I expected with ability to create whatever my guests asked her!!!! I have favoritism with the full faced creations she did use a lot of glitter, something my guests enjoyed for my little girls birthday! I was happy with the service, sunshine arrived early, started early and then she stayed late to make sure all my guests children got a face paint and balloon. I gave her 5 stars, but this performance was better than what I ever had from a face painter! My daughter turned 4, she was sad when sunshine had to leave, and sunshine made her an extra balloon with glitter inside! I recommend.

The artist was late to arrive, most of my guests had already left. All his paintings were dark black, it was a flowers and butterflies party. Secondly they charged 30% for travel + fees which prepaid but he told one of my guests that my card was declined. They promised face painting, balloon animals, henna tattoos and a bubble machine, they did only face painting and balloon animals. I tried tell the contact person my experience but offered no apologies for her artist's unprofessionalism. Lastly 3 weeks later i get an additional charge for $476 from them, remember i had already prepaid. I tried to contact them they didn't answer. They are criminals, don't hire them

I felt the contract should have been clearer as far as the 3% travel and 3%tip out. The itemized stamens should have stated the tip out and travel. When I looked at the statement I expected to be charged that amount and was charged $42 more. I don’t like hidden fees and I don’t like to be charged something different then expected.
Update: almost 2 months after my party I got a debt charge from this company for double the amount of the party. I contacted gig master and my bank. When I tried to call them for an explanation the phone number I was given was not working.

Very please! The vendor offered more than just fantastic artwork. The artist was engaging with the kids. We were taught about how art is used to build confidence. The performance intrigued my daughter who is now using a face paint kit. Very impressed with the passionate artwork. Thanks!
