DJ By Jake is a fully-insured entertainment company that offers DJ, photo booth, and live music services on your most special days. It was established in 2005 after I working in radio and with some larger corporations. The goal is to provide just as high-quality entertainment, but for more affordable prices. We care about you and your event, from the sound, aesthetic look of the DJ booth, our appearance, and, of course, your enjoyment of the end result. We do this without all the “bells and whistles” of the larger companies. Both my emceeing style and that of the other DJs who work for me do not do the “game show host” approach, but rather “let the music do the talking.” We am happy to introduce important parts of the event, but it's not about us — it's about you! When playing at Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, there will often times be an MC working with the DJ who you are able to meet with and get to know as well, should you wish. If I am available to DJ your event, I will be the only person you work with in the planning and execution process, cutting down on any miscommunication or confusion that you may experience with larger companies. When I am booked, I have other DJs who work for me that are have been extensively trained by me and who will work with both of us on planning your perfect day. From the get-go, you will know who will be behind the music on one of the most important days in your life! For me and my other DJs, this work is fun!
