When Afrin and Iman first founded Red Elephant, it was an event planning company with a focus on grand, mostly Indian weddings. They were really good at that, and it wasn't much of a challenge. As entrepreneurs, they'd hurled themselves into the challenging world of networking. And they were really good at that. And what they discovered was amazing, brilliant, inspiring and aspiring small business owners, many of who were not “making it.” With 13 years of experience between them as mindset and transformational coaches, Afrin and Iman have been on a mission to impact the world in a positive way since they were in their 20s.
