From beginning to end, Thompson entertainment was professional, they were very accommodating and they made the entire experience FUN! I arrived back into the office on Monday looking like a star because of Larry. Everyone that attended the holiday party had so much fun. We played a few holiday games and Larry got everyone involved! I would like to say thank you to Larry for making our holiday party very enjoyable and I look forward to working with him and Thompson Entertainment in the future!

I was completely satisfied from start to finish with Thompson Entertainment. They were super friendly to deal with and very knowledgeable and accomodating. They offered some great services and ideas and made our event very special and memorable. Actually many guests commented on how great the DJ was! I would use them again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend Thompson Entertainment! Thanks for making my event so memorable!!!!

You folks did a great job! We realize that there were times when the schedule had to change for more flexibility (i.e. when the best man showed up late for his speech!), but you did a great job smoothly handling whatever came your way. Thanks again!

We have held our family reunion for 11 years, and this is the first time we have hired any talent. We were thrilled with the event, and many people came to me at the end of the day to say that hiring Larry was a great idea and well worth the cost. WE had great music, games, and prizes and Larry was so accomodating. The best part about having Thompson Entertainment was that children and adults got to play TOGETHER in so many hilarious games and contests! Usually, adults and children are playing separately for most of the day. The reunion committee memebers were able to relax and enjoy the fun also. We have already booked Thompson Entertainment for next year!

We really enjoyed the evening. The kids we completely entertained. There were a couple of mistakes that were quickly fixed. unfortunately they started early and i had to pay for them to stay until the time I needed them to stay although only half price. Ultimately the night was a success and my daughter had the time if her life! Thank you!

The KJ was fine. He kept the party going and sang himself whenever there was a lag. That being said, the lists that the guests emailed in prior to the party were never given to the KJ. Several guests drove many miles to come and could not sing because their songs were not available, even though they had been requested well in advance by email. Also, the song list the day of the party did not match the song list online. This was very disappointing to the real singers in our group! Still, everyone had a good time. The equipment worked well and there were no mechanical glitches at all. I would hire them again.

The members of Thompson Entertainment were very helpful in preparing for the fund-raising event, were on time, and their equipment worked properly. My issue with my experience was that I was asked to pay cash upfront at the beginning of the performance. Due to extenuating circumstances at the bar where the fundraiser was held, the bar had to be closed early. I had to tell Thompson Entertainment to leave an hour earlier then the contract had specified. I asked for a refund for the time that they did not perform and they company was completely inflexible and not understanding of the circumstances.

Elise...thank you for hiring us and for your very valuable feedback. We cannot apologize enough that the undercover officers arrived to find multiple under-age drinkers at the fundraiser which spoiled the mood for everyone there and we were all having so much fun together. When we arrived we were ready to perform at the promised time but elise at her own will elected to have us start 1 1/2 hours later than expected due to the Ohio State football game that was being shown at the bar. Had we known about this in advance or even the morning the event...we could have revised our setup time and been able to waive the first 1 1/2 hours of your contracted times and you woul

Terrible. They did not even stay to play the music. They should not be on here because they are not credible. I have a signed contract detailing what they were to do and it was totally disregarded. I should have payed attention to the other customer who left feedback, now I have to seek legal recorse. I knew I was in trouble when the women who answers the phone was also going to play the music, but I had already payed them. She picked up a guy from his job to help her set up at a time we did not discuss and was not in the contract, because he had to be back on his job she just left. Got smart with me, and hung up on me when I called her. They are keeping my money.

Client violated our signed agreement that stated he/she must provide access to the venue at the agreed upon setup time. After 1 hour of sitting in the parking lot, no one showed so our staff departed. Client was only charged a little more than $100 because it was a fundraising event. The first $100 was a non-refundable deposit. We did show up ready to provide services, however access to the venue was not available even after waiting 1 hour. We apologize that we did not have the chance to showcase our talents for you!
