The Honeymooners Jazz Band from Fairfield, CA

The Honeymooners are Aaron and Elizabeth Lehr. After moving to Austin, TX from opposite ends of the country in 2006, Aaron responded to a Craigslist ad: "Bassist Seeking Musician." They have since relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area. The duo play a distinct blend of original jazz, world, and classical music, and some popular favorites done their own way. They create a relaxed but fun atmosphere and are always professional, reliable, and friendly. Elizabeth is a classically trained bassist who has studied with with Daxun Zhang (UT), John Fremgen (jazz, UT), John Clayton, Francois Rabbath, and more. She plays in numerous bands and ensembles, including the bluegrass/jazz band The Pine Needles, The Nuvo Trio, and more. Aaron is a self taught musician/composer/producer. He has played in numerous bands over the years and currently plays with reggae band Roots Man Project and neo soul/jazz band Nacho and the Dollar Menu. The Honeymooners are available as a duo, or can add drums and horns for a full band sound. Aaron also performs solo, using loops to create a fun and captivating one-man-band type of show.
