We will definitely hire in Dave for another Reception. He was professional and a great pleasure to work with. This was a high profile event with all Ambassadors from the UN, celebrating our constitution/National day. It was a great success. Dave was aware of playing on the rooftop and making sure ahead of time the sound so that people were able to enjoy the music but at the same time be able to have a conversation.

We hired Dave to provide live background music for a 90th birthday party in our home, and he delivered beautifully. Great tunes, excellent skill, perfect volume for the event.
I got slightly less playing time than the 3-1/2 hours we contracted for, but I’m pretty sure it was a transportation thing. I would be a little clearer about that in the future, but I would definitely hire him again-it really added just the right flavor to our event.

Dave was simply terrific. He kept a quiet musical ambience happening during our wedding. Many of our guests commented afterwards that they thought he was just wonderful and a great addition to the ceremony. He was also completely self sufficient and low-maintenance --- which is a welcome addition to any wedding!

If you had 10 stars I'd have given him 10. I couldn't have been happier. He was superb. Everyone at the party loved him. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. You are lucky to have him representing you. My party was a huge success and Dave was one of the reasons. I'm still receiving emails from the guests about how much they enjoyed him as a musician as well as personally. His repertoire was spot on, his volume exactly right and his interaction with everyone couldn't have been better. Best decision I made as far as the party was concerned. There was nothing that could have been improved upon, except maybe for one thing; I wish there were two of him!!!

Dave was great. He's a great player, but he's was also extremely courteous, professional, and quick to respond to any questions I had. His fee is well worth it, and I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He is also very flexible to different styles and he was very accommodating with the some schedule changes in the evening.
This was for my wife's birthday party and I really wanted everything to go smoothly, and he was certainly a big part of making it a perfect evening.
I would recommend him to anyone with no hesitation whatsoever for any event you are planning.

The music for my party was perfect! The weather cooperated so we were able to be outside. All of my guests commented on the music that Dave and Stu provided. Their choice of material was absolutely perfect for the evening and the volume just right to allow people to hold conversations while appreciating the ambience that the music provided. They were very professional - showed up on time and played for the time agreed. They accommodated requests for people to speak and even brought along a microphone to facilitate that aspect. I couldn't be more pleased.

Dave Hirschman arrived and did everything that we asked of him and more. He quickly set up and played guitar beautifully enveloping our guests in an atmosphere of sweet funky grroves and smooth jazzy licks.

From the moment I contacted Dave in May for my November 8th wedding, Dave and I were in constant contact about wedding details and information. As a musician myself, I was extremely concerned about having a top-notch performance during my cocktail hour and Dave delivered beyond my wildest dreams. After hearing some of his musical clips online, I knew I wouldn't be disappointed but after hearing him live and in action, I was impressed and beyond satisfied. I had friends tell me that at their wedding, guests did not even know that they had live music, however, coupled with the food, my guests told me that Dave music highlighted our cocktail hour. Arrived on time, and began to play as requested, tunes from the American Songbook. Solo guitar added a quiet and yet welcoming moment to those coming in. After the service, there was more music as people circulated with drinks and food. Dave's performance added to our event, and we would recommend him for solo guitar events in the future.

Hiring the Dave Hirschman Trio for our Grand Opening Event was a great success. Everyone of the 300 or more people attending the event commented on the music. Just a perfect selection of music, sound quality and volume. The guys played with real enthusiasm and it reflected in all of the positive feedback. The Dave Hirshman Trio were fabulous. We booked them for 3 hours for a 50th birthday party. They arrived early and set up well ahead of the start time and were dressed in the manner agreed upon. We didn't give them any song requests and just asked them to play whatever they thought would work. They had people slow-dancing, swing dancing and begging for more. They played instrumental cover versions of songs people would know and allowed a guest who is a singer to join them for a couple of songs. The volume was just right so that people could talk as they ate and drank and chatted to friends. I will definitely be booking them again for any gathering I have.

Let me just say that David's team was perfection from start to finish. I started my search with many bids but David's professionalism won us over. We spoke to him over the phone and he was able to play us something that he thought was what we liked and it sounded great even through speaker phone. I had 2 songs in mind for the aisle and David's team was able to find me a violinist and they all learned the songs and played it superbly on my big day. They were right on time and set up without interrupting me nor my husband. Everyone loved the music they played at the cocktail hour as well! Thank you David, it was our pleasure to have worked with such a great band!!!
