"Smash the Box"
Creating a Culture of Innovation
SMASH THE BOX on the concept of "this is the way things have always been done" by creating a culture of innovation. A culture of innovation says "Yes And", shifts the focus from "me" to "us", suspends judgment, and allows all participants to be a part of the creative process. Smash the Box provides a blue print to not only "think outside the box" but "Smash it" by innovating, creating and transforming your daily creative practices.
"Eyes of a Leader"
See Leadership Different
Eyes of a Leader inspires groups to think like a leader, look like a leader, and act like a creative leader! It is an interactive keynote address that uses strategies and techniques from the arts which are adapted for working America. These techniques are focused on creative leadership styles and practices which include the thoughts we generate, our physicality and improvising within a set of circumstances.
Putting Out The Fire Of Negativity
Starting Fires reduces negativity in the workplace by improving the way we communicate non-verbally, and escaping a negative manufactured reality that is built on assumptions and taking things personally. Over 93% of communication is nonverbal, while 7% of communication is verbal. This inspiring and challenging keynote address allows audiences to change the way they communicate non-verbally, stop making assumptions, taking things personally and creating a negative manufactured reality.
"Working in the Moment"
“Working in the Moment” combats this problem by giving audience members the tools to operate in the present moment, concentrate better, and heighten their attention to detail while effectively managing distractions. Distractions include being sleep deprived, hungry, along with the digital distractions that keep our focus on us rather than the job we are doing at that moment.
