Starting Fires reduces negativity in the workplace by improving the way we communicate non-verbally, and escaping a negative manufactured reality that is built on assumptions and taking things personally. In 2015 he published his first book,“Smash the Box” which SMASHES the way books are written: pages are out of order, no table of contents, no page numbers etc. He wants his readers to have an out of the box experience when reading the book.

He has a Master's in theater from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) and a Bachelor's in theater from the University of Kentucky. After college, Chad moved to Los Angeles to pursue his dream of becoming a professional actor where he was featured in the hit film “She's All That” alongside Paul Walker.
