I have no clue why the Low marks? The Folks Clapped and Cheered loudly after every song I did,the last song they waved there cell phones in the air and sang along with me,some shouted ENCORE ! ENCORE ! then they gave me a standing ovation, I am completely Dumbfounded by the low marks,they made me start way past the contracted starting time,but I waited til they were ready anyway and did a excellant show for them,they said nothing to me about a bad performance,this is very shocking,perhaps she thought 1 was best and 5 was worst?

The show was definitely not at all what we expected. Booking through a reputable talent agency we expected a much higher caliber than received. They used a karaoke machine to sing along with and still lost their place multiple times. Some of the performers walked off the stage before their songs were over and the karaoke machine continued to play. We were originally told there would be three members singing and there ended up being 4. Two of the performers stood with hands in their pockets and didn't exude much confidence.

I take full responcability that some mistakes were made with the show, I should have got more imput from her,There was a lack of Communication Problem. We did our part, I hired the best sound man in town, they got Elvis,Marilyn and Ozzy impersonaters, I do regret that Ozzy should have been left out,it was NOT the right audience for him,I'm sorry for that,the best part of the show would have been at the end,however people got done eating and I think wanted to go play golf, she did not tell me she wanted to end the show early,she told the one performer who was not in charge, we would have put in our last song that we had planned "We wish you a Merry Christmas".

Randall was TOP NOTCH! My Mom was very surprised and impressed by his Elvis impersonation. His costume was great and singing was awesome. He made her birthday very special and I really appreciate his enthusiasm. I would definitely re-hire him to do other "gigs" for friends and family.
He brought her a bouquet of balloons, and a cute teddy bear which was unexpected and also took pictures and emailed them to me! Wow! Thanks again for helping me to make my Mom's birthday one she'll never forget.
