Damian Grzegorczyk – was born originally in Poland on 13 April 1978. His adventure with music started already in his early childhood. When he was 4, his parent bought him a small accordion, on which he played his first compositions. A few years later his parent sent him to the Music School. There he studied piano for five years with Professor Tadeusz Gurdak (whom he sends kindest regards). At the age of 11, thanks to his older sister, he had the chance to listen to the music of the King of Rock and Roll for the first time. He recalls this with sentiment: “I remember that she borrowed the tape with songs by Elvis from her friend. The moment I heard one of the songs – it was In the Ghetto, if I remember well – I asked my sister who it was, who was that man singing. She answered: Elvis Presley! From that very moment his music and his personality impressed me so much that since that day I have been unable to resist his unique charisma. Songs by Elvis have always given me lots of positive emotions, energy and self-confidence, taking me to a metaphysical, extrasensory world. Nobody had ever sung like this. In this music I could find myself in a dreams, I had the impression that these songs and melodies were related
directly to me.”
