What you can expect in a nutshell:
1. You contact us and we have an initial phone consultation
2. If you like what you hear, we set up an in-person meeting (not required but highly recommended especially if your event is a wedding)
3. If you decide you want to book us, we draft and both sign our Service Agreement, you submit your deposit, and we confirm the booking - easy!
4. From that point on, we thoughtfully work with you as your consultants, and we'll collaborate on planning and preparation for the event
5. The week prior to the event, we confirm everything with you to make sure we are 100% good to go
6. On the event date, we provide our EXCEPTIONAL, WORRY-FREE services for you and your guests to enjoy, according to plan
7. Event concludes and you (bride/groom, client, etc.) are EXTREMELY happy, had lots of fun and have a wonderful memory that will last forever!
