I highly recommend DJ Syde for several reasons. First of all, he was able to work within my budget and still provide all of the extras that I requested such as up lighting which is normally a fee well beyound what I thought that I would be able to afford. Secondly, his professionalism prior to the event (he scheduled an appointment with me to review my suggest playlist and came to the event venue to get a feel for the layout of the building for the up lighting) as well as during the actual event. Finally, the most important reason that I would highly recommend DJ Syde is the fact that he had the ability to sense what the audience wanted to hear and ROCK the party

Gerald was very professional and accommodating for our wedding. He even took the time to meet up with us prior to the event and listened to our requests and ideas for how things would go. He did not make the reception about himself like you see some DJ's do at weddings and he was the ultimate pro. He also worked with our budget, I would highly recommend G Syde.

Gerald was amazing! He brought so much energy to my wedding reception and I could not stop dancing. I asked him to host "the shoe game" for us and he put a little spin on it which made it even more fun! He was awesome and I recommend him to anyone getting married in the greater Atlanta area.

I absolutely LOVED working with DJ G Syde!! He was easy to communicate with, open to ideas, and he also gave his suggestions when needed. Honestly you never know how much you need someone's expert advice until your throwing a big party. My wedding reception was awesome and it's all because of G Syde. DJ G Syde was awesome from the moment his bid was submitted until the very end of our event. Before our birthday party he responded quickly and professionally to all correspondence. He arrived early and when we requested that he stay a little longer he agreed without hesitation. Many of our guests requested songs they would like to hear and he fulfilled all the requests. The sound quality of the music was great and he has a very wide selection of songs/artists to choose from. The next time we need a DJ we will definitely have DJ G Syde and would recommend him to anyone looking have great music without any hassle at their event. Thanks Gigmasters!

GREAT DJ!!!! At first my family and I were very skeptical about hiring a professional unseen/unknown! But we took a chance and SOOOO GLAD we did!!! He was so amazing!! Kept the crowd going, GREAT MIXER and played everything we wanted to hear AND more!!! We were very pleased and couldn't ask for more out of a DJ, that was found online!!! I NEVER write reviews, but I had to give credit where credit is due!!

I did not have everything buttoned up before the wedding and Gerald was truly accommodating and easy to work with on the fly. Our group was a large age group from 10 to 86 with a variety of music tastes and he managed the group wonderfully. I'd highly recommend him.

DJ G Syde was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! He was very patient with us as we had a last minute venue change and very accommodating to the kids requests. I would book Dj Syde again...in a heart beat...he's prepared, had all my requested songs on file and even mixed in request's (song selection's) and remixed same on the spot. He also played any new suggestions my guests wanted to hear. He worked my party for 4 1/2 hours and I dont remember him taking a break....all my guest had an awesome time and spoke highly of how much they love the music....thanx again

Gerald was early and set up in plenty of time for the party. He played a variety of music and took requests. He had colored lights that everyone liked! Gerald played perfect/appropriate music for the awards that were given out. He has a pleasant personality and is a professional.

I highly recommend DJ G Syde for your wedding ceremony. I had a very detailed list of songs to be used at each stage of the wedding, and he exceeded my expectations. Not only did he have excellent sound equipment, he met all my song requirements as well as throwing in some extra dance tunes. He even got on the dance floor and helped teach the Cupid shuffle! How cool is that? This guy is very professional, showed up on time, and there is no doubt in my mind he will make your event as special as he did mine.

We provided a list of songs 3 weeks before the wedding and he was literally downloading our first dance song right before he tried to play it. Of course it wouldn't download as the wedding was a little in the country so my new husband and I never had a first dance. Additionally, he messed up our entrance to the reception so he just replayed the same song the Matron of Honor and best man used literally right before us. He also screwed up the entrance of the bride and started playing the song the bridesmaids in to, again. Every important song was messed up and not one time was I pulled aside and apologized to. We were embarrassed and missed big moments. Do not hire!!

For the first time in my 28 years of being a DJ, the brides first dance song was not an easy find for me. I requested that the bride send me her list of songs no less than a month prior to the wedding but I received that list 3 weeks prior as she said. I was finally sent her song from another source the night before the wedding. For whatever reason, it would not play. I did apologize to the bride the second time I tried to play it but I'm sure she was too upset to remember that. As far as the brides song to walk down the aisle, the officiant told me that she would queue me as to when to play the song. I was waiting for her queue, and that never happened.
