The Bedzin Project originated in New Orleans, LA. This ensemble was put together by Edward Matthews, a.k.a. Matt Bedzin. Most of the members are formally trained musicians and some have earned degrees in music. This band is loaded with experience in the musical field. Their repertoire range from R&B, Hip Hop, Jazz, Pop, and even a little Country. The Bedzin Project is definitely the band to hire for all occasions. All the members of this band at some time or another has toured extensively with big name acts such as Dennis Edwards and The Temptations, Lenny Williams, Aretha Franklin, Miles Jaye, and The Jones Girls just to name a few. The Bedzin Project has performed for social and pleasure events such as carnival Balls, Dances, Casinos, Wedding Receptions, Festivals and popular night clubs around the country.
