The band is a dynamic high energy group with a songbook of 300 tunes in a variety of genres-Pop, Classic Rock, Country, R&B, Motown and Hits from the past 6 decades. The band focuses on your event to create a most memorable experience by catering to your musical and theme needs. As requested Monique with her band can transition from a lighter faire cocktail hour set of classics by Frank Sinatra, Norah Jones, or Instrumentals to Ceremonial favorites like the Canon in D, Etta James "At Last" or "Here comes the Bride" to the reception with high-powered dance music such as the Temptations, Tina Turner, The Rolling Stones to Daft Punks "Lucky", songs by Adele, or Pharrells "Happy" to liven up your dance floor(just a sampling). Audience participation is part of the experience you receive with Monique & the MOONLIGHTERS. The band, lead by lead vocalist and international recording artist Monique De Haviland performs with a lineup of a full band with brass and additional lead singers and soloists hand picked from a pool of the best national musicians and entertainers. Nevada has always been synonymous with entertainment and pt his group will not disappoint having performed for a number of years throughout the Western States, Hawaii, and Europe. Entertainment quality is guaranteed. The band is Go-Pro ready to capture your special event from the stage level and can provide between-sets DJ services using your favorite playlist. Equipment and sound is state of art to accommodate a small party but also fill a huge hall or outside venue with lights and Sound engineer.
