GOOD COP BAD COP Cover Band from Venice, CA

The LOS ANGELES TIMES called GOOD COP BAD COP's performances "gut-wrenching" and the singing "rad." The band is known for its passionate, jubilant delivery and excellent singing whether playing rock, dance or beautiful ballads. GCBC has an EXCELLENT ECLECTIC song list covering songs from the 60s. 70s, 80s, 90s & 2000s. (See song list below) GCBC performs as an electric, or acoustic, four-piece band, or as a masterful full-sounding acoustic duo. The band can readily switch between configurations to accomodate the mood/moment. (Gigs for just the duo are, generally, half the price of full band.) Special attention is paid to sound quality as the band's lead singer/leader, holds degrees, and an award (Downbeat magazine), for music engineering. For 4 years GCBC has been perfoming in the greater Los Angeles area, playing corporate events, festivals, night clubs, weddings, yacht clubs; fraternity, sorority, birthday & holiday parties, etc. NOTE REGARDING OUR RECORDINGS: The first three recordings, marked "LIVE!" were recored live, in-venue, with a SINGLE STEREO MIC- That's as if a pair of ears where placed in the room!- As we did not utilize multi-track recording, overdubs, punch-ins or mixdown, these recordings are an extremely honest indication of the quality you can expect.
