Indianapolis Wedding & Corporate Party Band Meet Indy Express Band: Indy Express Band is a popular variety band with musical styles from Top 40 to Big Band. The band is composed of eight professional musicians including female and male vocals, saxophones, flutes, trumpet, trombone, keyboards, guitar, bass, drums, and percussion. Members of Indy Express Band have provided music for entertainers such as Jay Leno, Rod Stewart, Natalie Cole, Dionne Warwick, and Al Jarreau. Music for radio and television commercials, as well as back up for album projects, have also been recorded by members of Indy Express Band. A word about volume and how our music fits into your event: Indy Express Band provides a professional sound technician to create the best blend and volume for the band. It is the sound technician and the band's goal to maintain a good energy level for the party but not be overwhelming in volume. There is nothing worse than having a band blasting over dinner and the conversations among guests. Our use of a professional sound technician ensures that the music will never be too loud or overpowering for your guests. Other entertainment available through Indy Express: A solo keyboardist or pianist, or an instrumental trio is also available for cocktail or dinner music. Both feature the best in light jazz and easy listening music to compliment your cocktail or dinner hours. The d'Indy String Quartet is also available through Indy Express for wedding ceremony music, cocktail music, or dinner music.
