"Double Take" is the Duo that sounds like a full band! Two professional, seasoned, musicians/vocalists, play guitar and sing while being accompanied by a digital, stereo, midi sequencer for the drum, piano and bass tracks. The result is a full band sound playing your favorite music, at a fraction of the cost of a full band.
"Double Take" plays the best Pop/Rock music from the 50's, 60's, 70's & 80's, just the way you remember them. Songs from: The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, Cream, Chuck Berry, The Grass Roots, Tommy James and The Shondells, REM, The Doors, BTO, The Guess Who, Peter Frampton, Men At Work, The Monkeeys, The Doobie Brothers, Eagles, Joe Cocker, and many more...
We are available for private parties as well as corporate functions. Be assured that you and your guests will have a most memorable time at your event with live music by "Double Take".
We play in digital stereo. The backing tracks are in perfect synch and volume with the guitars and vocals. The sound is perfect every time, and it's never "too loud"! And because we are a duo act, we take up minimal amount of floor space. For indoor events or outdoors when it gets darker, we have lighting effects with lasers and fog machine to enhance the party experience for you and your guests.
