Az Beats Beatles Tribute Band from Gilbert, AZ

AZ Beats recreates the Beatles’ live performances including Ed Sullivan performances, the World Tour concerts, Shea Stadium and the Apple Records rooftop concert during the recording of the Let It Be album. On February 9, 1964 the Beatles made their famous appearance on the Ed Sullivan show right here in America. George Harrison said that he heard that even crime took a break during that show. They appeared more times on the Ed Sullivan show that month, delighting the American audience with their music and personality. AZ Beats recreates the February 9th set, complete with arrows and suits. The Beatles performed concerts to American audiences in Washington, D.C. and in New York’s Shea Stadium. Ringo said he felt people came to see their shows, not hear them because the screams were so loud, very little could actually be heard. AZ Beats recreates the excitement of these live concerts. On January 30, 1969, the Beatles gave their last live performance. It was an impromptu concert atop the rooftop of the building in which Apple Records was located, where the Beatles were recording the Let It Be album. On January 30, 2006, thirty-seven years later, AZ Beats will introduce this era of Beatles music to its show by performing atop a rooftop in the downtown Phoenix area. From that point on, this will be a regular part of AZ Beats performances.
