The Paula Russell Band Classic Country, Swing, Honky-Tonk, Americana, Oldies Rock, Standards Based in Austin, Texas, we're the longest running Happy Hour band in residence at the Broken Spoke playing every other Saturday, for dancers and diners, since July 2013! With Leon Grizzard on guitar & vocals, Greg Jones on guitar & vocals, Wade Russell on bass & vocals & Steve Gavigan on drums & Paula on vocals. In residence every First Thurs. at Stinson's Bistro since June 2015. Residencies at 888 Pan Asian, 2nd Fridays Senior Dance. Bi-monthly Driskill Hotel, summer 2017 Moontower, Central Mkt. Also played GiddyUps & The Little Longhorn We're usually a 5-person band, but can add or subtract depending on the gig. Duos, Trios or 6-7m piece available. We are happy to fill tune requests with notice. Play straight classic country or a mix with rock (Elvis etc) Rockabilly, Swing, Pop and standards.
