'Neath spacious skies in the fertile plains of Hamilton County in Central Indiana, the countryside is overflowing with Nature's abundance. Fields of golden corn as high as an elephant's eyes stretch from horizon to horizon. And from those lush fields, pastures adorned with herds of grazing cows fan out in all directions. In this pastoral setting, friends and strangers alike are greeted with a welcoming smile and a warm handshake.
From this serene environment a new and exciting young song stylist destined to take her place among country music's greats has exploded onto the country music scene like a fiery-tailed comet. Linda Lee has been gifted with a unique song styling ability that redefines the norms. She will seduce you with a soft, soaring refrain of love discovered, delivered with a voice described as crystalline, even angelic. Or she can tug at your very heart and soul with a ballad of love gone awry in a mellow, almost haunting mood. But when she turns on the attitude, she can steam roll you with a hard-driving, fast moving zinger that will have your foot tapping and your pulse pounding. No matter the message, each and every one of her songs is delivered with equal sincerity, a sincerity that can only come from an artist in love with both her music and her audience.
This young musical dynamo who describes herself as simply a home loving country girl, decided as a young child that she wanted to be a singer. She has literally taken the entire state of Indiana by storm, bringing audiences to their feet in a wide variety of venues from Oprys to festivals to fairs to clubs to private functions throughout the state of Indiana.
The word of her talent soon spread across state lines and in short order, enthusiastic crowds in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Kentucky, Ohio, Illinois and Tennessee were providing the showcase for her crowd-pleasing flair.
Another group of venues especially near and dear to this young artist's heart are the service clubs. She is an adored regular at the American Legion Club in Brazil, the Moose Lodge and the VFW Lodges in Noblesville and Muncie, the American Legion in Huntington, the Shriner's Club in Indianapolis, the Elks and Moose Lodges and the American Legion in Tipton.
Anyone fortunate to attend one of her performances is assured of one thing, from the moment she sets foot on stage, she will hold that audience in the palm of her hand, enchanting it with her golden voice, captivating it with her magnetic stage presence and holding it spellbound with her charismatic personality. To see and hear her is a not to be forgotten experience. Although she maintains a busy performance schedule, she still makes time to perform at any number of charity events.
Her new album entitled "Keep On" was recorded in Nashville in mid-March and is being extremely well received by fans of all backgrounds and all ages from six to ninety-six across the mid and upper Midwest. The first release, the title song Keep On, is currently being played on radio stations from New York to Texas and from Florida to California.
