I was called by Bash employee that they would be 45 minutes late because they were still at the current reservation. Then got a later call that they could not find the body costume to the bunny suit. They offered to wear the "Grinch green body-fir suit with a white bunny head. My first thought is I confirmed this appoint twice in the last two weeks and they cannot make sure they have the costume ready to go before the event? I asked to please get to the event. I got a call that they decided to rent a costume...again they were not at the event. They got to the event +two hours late and worked less than an hour before it started raining. I want a refund!
