First time to rent Mickey Mouse costume for a first birthday party. During the event, the kids gathered and waited for Mickey Mouse but something had happened to the staff and ended up as "NO SHOW' and no backup plan at all. This was supposed to be the main highlight of the event. Very disappointing. Owner was apologetic but there is really nothing that can be done anymore since the event has passed.

Great services. I think he should bring small gifts to kids and or a gift for birthday kids. To make them more interest. But overall great services will call again for next event

The Mickey we hired was wonderful. He engaged with everyone from the children to the adults. I would definitely book a character from here again if I ever wanted one.

Santa showed up on time, looked professional, but took no initiative whatsoever to interact with the children. It was a very awkward one hour.

Thomas was great!!! He was able to accommodate our Holiday party on extremely short notice and he was pretty fantastic!! He also went the extra mile to "re-dress" when one of our little ones arrived late, so that he could give her her gift and she was elated! It made our day! Special thanks to Costume Catering for such an amazing job!
