Ilona, Rachel, Elmo and Cookie Monster were unbelievable! Not only ALL kids (age range 1 y.o - 16 y.o) were entertained, but my 1 year old was having GREAT TIME!!! Moreover, , she was not scared of characters at all.
I couldn't wish for better entertainment! 6 stars out of 5:)

This Party Service was great, my granddaughter had a great birthday party. This service came in the kids took right to it they dance they sang and just had a great time with Mickey and Mini. The party leader keep things moving along and worked well with the kids. Everyone at the party children and adults really had a good time. Would hire this company in a heart beat.

Ilona is wonderful to deal with, very polite and accommodating. My son was so happy when Barney walked through the door and Barney and Ilona kept that energy up with all the kids! I already have recomended them to friends and family members!

I was so impressed by the professionalism of Ilona from Cartoon City Characters, and Buzz Lightyear did a fantastic job! The communication, engagement with the children, and energy and spirit were top notch. Thankyou!
