The people here were great, the original bartender called me 20 minutes before the wedding and said he couldn’t make it. The lady in charge was great and got another bartender right away. And all the other servers were good.

Terrible experience. Terrible Company. We hired an Easter Bunny for a large Easter event planned with over 100 kids. I provided BDEE with my direct contact number, email and a FULL payment prior to the event. The Event Day came and no bunny, no phone call, instead I was contacted through Gigmasters website 1 hour before the bunny was supposed to be there. Completely unacceptable, I had so many kids and parents at my event - it was horrifying for this company to not give me more advanced notice or even the courtesy of a phone call, instead, sending an easily overlooked gig masters message. They gave no alternative but to crush the kid's hopes. Shame on them.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! I booked Mr. Bunny two months in advance, I called the week of to confirm booking and review the event with their “booking agent.” We exchanged numbers and went over timing. The event was a advertised event for the Easter Bunny to arrive during Sunday Brunch. Never showed or called, I had to tell hundreds of children the Easter Bunny wasn’t coming, can you imagine. This is the worst business I have ever incountered and has ruined my reputation,the reputation of my business, and ruined the memories to be made by families attending. I paid in full and have no word yet on my refund. DO NOT USE THIS SITE OR THIS SERVICE!!!!
