Hi, I'm Larry - chief imaginologist at Real Escape Room, inc. and what my team and I do can be much more than just offering a great speaker - but customized programs that are all about you. We can provide ridiculously FUN shared experiences for your team. Turnkey. Easy. Outrageously good times. But more than that, we can notch that fun up another level and into real team-building. Our intelligent play systems can help you nurture REAL improvements in morale, communication and creative innovation within your teams. And since we all know real team building is more than just a one-and-done we can offer programs where we come back over time to track and grow progress - all still while filling the rooms with cheers, laughter, face-palms and high-fives. You see, our group of creators provide and present mobile escape rooms and team-building games that we have taken all around the nation. Our programs pack small, play big and can drive or fly anywhere you need us. If you aren't familiar with escape rooms they are cooperative games rather than competitive (usually) where group of players enter a themed and decorated room, look for and collect clues, use them to solve puzzles within puzzles and fulfill a mission that may or may not have to do with "escaping" the room. Themes and challenges can include things like defusing a bomb while solving a murder mystery, preventing the zombie apocalypse, launching a missile at an incoming asteroid or auditioning for the school of wizardry. It's like being IN your favorite movie. But unlike a movie these real-life interactive games challenge teams to really think, increase awareness, communicate, problem solve, think deductively and inductively, brainstorm and nurture those epiphany moments that fuel real innovation. We can even take it to the next level as we teach players to become game designers and have them design their own escape rooms to challenge one-another. Project management, new skills and stimulation... There are so many possibilities that nurture teamwork within this new frontier that it boggles the mind. And it's all done in a safe space in the name of play. I am proud to be a part of this learning-through play revolution and happy to come out and speak as well. In addition to being a successful escape room game designer I am also a world-champion magician and stage hypnotist. I entertained on cruise ships for years, and have appeared on TV with Penn & Teller. I have masters level education in business management and psychology and over 30 years of experience in the business world.
