Your Child is the star of the show, and is featured in many of the tricks. They'll feel extra special at their birthday, up helping Ash K. with his tricks. It's fun, and he's sensitive to kids' desire for group approval, and the shy kids as well! As it is an audience participation show, Ash K. has as many audience members as possible to help out in some way. This is important because, as you know, kids don't want to sit and watch: they want to get involved. After the deluxe show, everyone at the party goes home with their very own, easy-to-do, magic tricks that Ash K. teaches them how to do.
