Most comedy hypnotists offer either a “clean” act, or an adult show. The clean act is usually made up of a lot of old-fashioned skits, things that may have been funny years ago, but aren't terrible appealing to audiences in 2014. The “adult” act may appeal to some guests, but many clients, especially corporate clients, may find these acts offensive, sexist, and non-PC. As a result, many bookers avoid comedy hypnotists altogether, believing these are their only 2 choices. However, I've come up with a terrific alternative. During the show, volunteers from the audience are hypnotized, and perform in reality-show themed skits. Some of the highlights include “Dancing Star Auditions”, “Are You Smarter Than a Kardashian”, and “International Idol”, where the hypnotized volunteers sing in imaginary foreign languages. It's an unforgettable night of comedy starring your friends, your spouse, or even YOU!” I've performed this show around the country, for a variety of audiences ranging from college and corporate to casinos. I've been a full-time entertainer since 1992, and have performed THOUSANDS of shows.
