I am a stand up comedian from Philadelphia, PA. I have performed at bars and clubs, and festivals throughout Philly, Austin, Denver, Boston, New York, Knoxville, and San Francisco. I have participated in the Mutiny Radio Comedy Festival (San Francisco), the Finger Lakes Comedy Festival (Ithaca), and the Charm City Comedy Festival (Baltimore).
I am a regular at Helium Comedy Club and Good Good Comedy Theater in Philadelphia, and I have performed at Broadway Comedy Club (NYC), Eastville Comedy Club (NYC), Improv Boston (Cambridge), Comedy Studio (Cambridge), Funny Bone (Syracuse, Hartford), Comix at Foxwoods (Mashantucket, CT), and Comedy Room Room (Denver)
Since October 2015 I have co-written, -produced, and -hosted a monthly political show called Party Lines at Good Good Comedy Theater in Philadelphia with my writing partner Max Barth. Somewhere between a talk show and a variety hour, the show features monologue-style jokes, character bits, panel discussions, interviews with journalists and political figures, and musical numbers. Past guests have included Daily Show Correspondent Ronny Chieng, Independent presidential candidate Evan McMullen, and Pennsylvania Green Party Chair Kristen Combs.
My comedy has been described as cerebral, intellectual, and sanctimonious. Often political, relentlessly logical, and unabashedly moralizing, I leave even those who disagree with my politics horrified to find that they're still laughing.
