Also a talented musician, he began pursuing a career in comedy in 2007, after a major label music deal was stalled. That year, he became a finalist in the in Central Florida Comedy Competition at the Orlando Improv, and came in second place in a contest sponsored by Sling Media, which won him a spot at the Los Angeles Improv. After the limitations on his music ceased, he went back to music and stopped writing jokes, but in 2013, he performed on a whim at a comedy open mic in PA and was immediately booked to be a featured comic in the Big Dogs of Comedy tour, which is currently visiting venues in York and Lancaster. He has recently performed at the world famous Comedy Studio in Cambridge, MA - a room known for its intelligent crowds - and was seen in New York as part of a weekly show put on by Reddit, one of the world's largest and most influential online communities, based on the success of his material on the site.
