They showed up the time they should have been playing at 5 PM and did not get organized until 5:15 PM. Therefore they only were able to play for 45 minutes of the contracted one hour. We called after the wedding and let the contact for Divisi Strings know we were extremely unhappy with their effort. He was very apologetic and they eventually credited us back for the unplayed time but for a wedding any time issues are going to be large since we were on a tight timeline. They were also unable to fulfill some of our requests that were arranged and guaranteed beforehand but were not followed through.
