You choose the instrumental/vocal format (solo piano, duo, trio, quartet, full 9 piece band), genre (classical, jazz, pop, church music) and ambiance (background cocktail atmosphere to full out concert). Bio.... Brian Turner is an Internationally acclaimed pianist, composer and recording artist. As a performer, Brian has shared the stage and rocked out with many great international artists and bands including: Michael Bolton, Warren Haynes, Cliff Williams (AC/DC), Bobby McFerrin, Gene Bertoncini, Allen Vizzutti, John Fedchock, Mac Arnold, Bernie Worrell, Squirrel Nut Zippers, Jeff Sipe, Jim Riggs, Spencer Bohren, Dino Kartsonakis, Vassar Clements, Eric Whitacre, and Umphrey's McGee and has performed for many distinguished patrons including: Actress Andie MacDowell, Boston Pops Maestro Keith Lockhart, Cellist Yo-Yo Ma, Rock stars Eric Clapton, Jorma Kaukonen (Jefferson Airplane), and Artimus Pyle (Lynard Skynard), Singer/songwriter Eddy Arnold, Matt Lauer, Katie Couric, and numerous State Governors. Brian's original music has reached a massive audience through internet, radio play, podcasts, and was selected for the official iOS New Age Piano app which features the top 10 new age piano artists and has reached several hundred thousand downloads worldwide. He has composed music for children's productions by Walt Disney, Jim Henson and Lucasfilms puppeteer Lisa Sturz and BBC puppeteer/Teletubbies creator Robin Stevens and competed in the 2010 International Blues Challenge Semi-Finals in Memphis, TN. Brian runs a private piano studio and is pianist/organist at Higgins United Methodist Church. Brian did his undergrad and graduate work in Piano Performance and Pedagogy at Ohio University.
