Pavan Trio Classical Trio from Philadelphia, PA

The PAVAN trio is a unique classical/popular trio from Philadelphia playing your favorite Bach, Beethoven and Mozart repertoire, but also playing & improvising on your favorite jazz standards & showtunes. Two of the members are graduates from Temple University's College of Music, and the trio collectively has over 60 years experience in Classical, jazz and Klezmer music genres. Individually, they have performed for President Clinton's inaugural, Philadelphia Kimmel Center's Verizon Hall, and various tours in Europe and Asia. Together as the Pavan Trio, they perform a wide variety of both Classical and popular repertoire. Pianist Barry Sames can also perform solo Classical or jazz repertoire, and can also plays organ for your ceremony, thus saving you time in hiring a separate organist. Flutist San Slotter also doubles on trumpet for your ceremony and for the standards repertoire. Violinist Ellen Strange can also perform solo violin during your affair.
