The Oyster Shooters is a three-man rock n' roll band from the Tillamook Coast. Performing its first public show in 2004, the band hasn't stopped since. Playing hits from the 50's all the way to today's music, the Oyster Shooters know how to get their crowd dancin' and groovin' to their high-energy performances. Rock away with the Boys from the Bay and you'll have a time you won't forget! Drums, Bass, Guitar and yes. . .VOCALS! The Oyster Shooters prides itself on its vocals as well as its instruments. So many cover bands seem to have great instrumental prowess, but lack vocal power (or vice-versa). This is NOT the case with this band. Every member is able to take on the role of lead singer but in addition, they can split into three-part harmony with ease. Because of this, the band tends to sound "bigger" as if there are more band members performing. It is a rare occurence that musicians can both play AND sing at a high level of musicianship. That aspect is a huge part of the band's popularity and the Oyster Shooters sound. Something For Everyone! In addition to the band's performance skills, the most common compliment the band receives is on its vast repertoire.
