Somer Taylor Chamber Music Duo from Germantown, MD

Somer Taylor is a classically trained violinist who was taught by Pam Close, a student of the famous violin teacher Josef Gingold. Taylor has a wide musical range and interest. Besides playing classical music, she also plays jazz, rock, traditional, world and spiritual music. She has performed for weddings, recitals, music festivals, church services and other special events, most recently at a women's day service at church in New York. She has performed in various cities and locations including New York City, Long Island, New York, Orlando, Jacksonville, Florida, Washington D.C., Indianapolis and Bloomington, IN. Please note that Taylor is able to perform as a solo artist or with piano or violin accompaniment, depending on the needs of the client.
