Liz Gergel, Cellist Cellist from Denver, CO

Liz recently moved to the Denver area after completing a Master's in Music Performance from the University of Oregon. While living in Eugene, she performed with Ensemble Esprit, playing for weddings, private parties and other special events. She held a section position in the Newport Symphony Orchestra, and was cellist for Sound of Late, a renowned contemporary chamber music collective in the Pacific Northwest. She holds an undergraduate degree in Music Performance from the South Carolina Honors College, and is active as a Suzuki Cello Teacher. Liz enjoys performing for events such as weddings, private parties and religious services. She is available for hire as a solo cellist or with a duo, trio or quartet. She often performs in a duo with piano, as well as in a string trio (violin, viola and cello).
