The initial booking phase was wonderful, Alex and Rebekah were both super helpful in suggesting a signature cocktail for the event, telling us how many bartenders we needed (only 1!), and even walking us through what to buy. Using their shopping list I was able to buy everything I needed in minutes.
The bartender arrived promptly 45 minutes before the start of the event, and were well dressed, black on black, and they made drinks, answered questions, and really created a magical experience. Our signature drink, the raspberry daiquiri, was a huge hit, and I won't hesitate to hire them again.

I had some confusion in the beginning because of booking through GigMasters. When I called Silver Bar to confirm pricing, they didn't seem to realize I already had a confirmed booking for my date via Gig Masters; he seemed concerned about finding staffing for that night. I also wasn't able to pay via GM, I had to give Silver Bar my credit card info over the phone, which always makes me a little uneasy.
They sent Nick to my party and he was very friendly, polite and helpful. I'm never ready on time, so he helped put out ice, slice fruit, and helped me with carrying food. He was exactly what I needed, and was a tremendous help in making our party a success.
