The story of Phil Stefani Signature Restaurants began in Chicago in 1980 when Phil and his Uncle Lino opened their flagship restaurant, Stefani's in the heart of Lincoln Park. This business foundation was based and created around family values and traditions. Phil's motivational factors are attributed to vested time and financial contributions back to the community. In 1988, the company formed Stefani Children's Charities which donates to an array of foundations every year. Phil Stefani Signature Restaurants also holds their annual golf outing to help raise money (100% is donated) for these children's charities.
