Estradas Fine Kitchen:
The party started at 12pm we set up at 11:30 only took us 10 minutes to do so. We ordered the truck, tables and linens for this party. The customer had a budget that we stuck to and gave the the amount of food that would feed the amount of people they had but they ate buffet style instead of Serving. This is honestly the first person very to feel that we didn't do our best. But we gave them exactly what they paid for on time and I truly think we didn't even charge them the right amount it should've been more. We drove all the way from ny to jersey set up at 11:30 stood in jersey from 12-4pm The customers told us everything was perfect at the end so we're very confusBooked Events
