The person, Nicole who came the day of the event was nice and professional but they had not told me who’s coming that day. Even after leaving a couple of voicemails and an email I never heard back from them. Nicole did show up but I was unsure till the last minute if someone will. I would expect them to be good at communicating with their customers.

Hello Kumud, I am sorry we didn't see your last email message. I reviewed the thread where you and michelle were discussing the drink menu, drink recipes and a shopping list. I see where you asked Michelle on the day of the event to call you. But our office was closed and they didn't see it evidently. I am very happy that our bartender was able to complete your event.
I have spoken with the staff about the notification issue we had during your event. We will do a better job in the future.

The bartender I booked was an hour late to our event. She arrived after the event already started. Nicole claimed she was told a 4:30pm arrival time but she was still late and arrived by 5pm. Once she was there it was fine and she was able to make cocktails for the duration of the event. The whole booking process seemed a little disorganized and obviously I wasn't happy that she was late and was told the wrong time.

The bartender was great. He showed up on time, drinks were good, great personality and the bar was left spotless. All in all a very wonderful experience.
