Anita Johnson is a caricaturist specializing in traditional and digital caricatures for events of all kinds. She can draw caricatures in black and white or color, and works quickly and accurately to give everyone at your event a fun, memorable experience.

Her witty humor and sunny disposition will have you laughing as she draws your group’s caricatures, and her hilarious renditions of you, your friends, and even your pets will be instant conversation starters that bring smiles to everyone who sees them.

With over 16 years of experience drawing traditional caricatures for events such as  picnics, family reunions, children’s parties, weddings, and more—and over four years drawing digital caricatures for corporate events, trade shows, and conventions—Anita is ready to make your next event the most memorable one yet!

Anita is double vaccinated and boosted and will be more than happy to provide proof of vaccination upon request. She is also happy to go along with any masking guidelines the client requests.

For the sake of transparency, here are Anita's traditional caricature rates:
1 hour - $200
2-3 hours - $140/hr
4+ hours - $130/hr
Overtime in 30 min increments - $70

Due to the increase in gas prices, a mileage fee may be applied to your event. Posted below are the mileage rates:

51-60 miles: $28
61-70 miles: $36
71-80 miles: $44
81-90 miles: $52
91-100 miles: $60

I cannot recommend Anita enough, she was magical. When you're throwing a party, there's so much you're running point on– food, drinks, vendors, music, guests... all the things. Anita didn't add to my plate, she threw her own party! She came, set herself up, and was entertaining guests ever since with a line the whole night and everyone was buzzing around with their caricatures–they were SO GOOD! And each piece came in its own bag, making for easy transport home after the event. Delightful, beyond talented, and quick... if you're thinking about hiring a caricature artist for your party, book Anita with full confidence!

I hired Anita for my company holiday party and had the best experience with her! She made the booking process super easy and she was very responsive to any questions I had prior to the event. She was prompt to the party and her artistic talent was amazing! Our employees had the best time with her! Highly recommend!
