Formed through a mutual love of funky jams, Stepwife originated on Seattle's Eastside. Stepwife continues to build a repertoire of groovy original songs while also putting our own spin on cover songs of various genres. Due to our unique instrumentation, Stepwife's performance style can be effectively accommodated to range from light acoustic music for a small venue all the way to highly energetic dance/rock music for a large party or venue. If you are looking for a uniquely funky band to play an event or show, give us a shout! Band members consist of Kurt Lindsay on vocals, Loren Tanksley on Trumpet and Electronic Wind Instrument (EWI), Max Cobb on classical guitar, Keith Gledhill on bass, and Justin Breese on drums.
