Mighty Mississippi is a popular acoustic Blues trio from the San Francisco Bay Area, with fans worldwide since 2007. The band delivers a spoonful of Southern comfort that harkens to the bygone days of juke joints playing Blues on hot summer nights. From classics to original compositions, the music is raw and unplugged, with heartfelt lyrics; the way the Blues was born. The band has played some of the best live music venues in the San Francisco Bay Area, including Biscuits & Blues, JJ's Blues, and the Plough & Stars; as well as fairs and festivals, restaurants, clubs, wineries, pubs and wine bars, private parties and corporate events.
