Vintage Grass Bluegrass Band from Santa Fe, NM

Vintage Grass is an upbeat and highly skilled bluegrass duet (and now trio upon request!) from Santa Fe, New Mexico. We love to have fun, but more importantly we're some of the best bluegrass pickers in the southwestern US. We're multi-instrumentalists, but our main focus is guitar and banjo (with upright bass on demand). We also offer guitar/mandolin, and guitar/guitar configurations. Some songs we do: Wagon Wheel Rocky Top Foggy Mountain Breakdown Man of Constant Sorrow (Oh Brother Where Art Thou) Dueling Banjos Most of Bill Monroe, Flatt and Scruggs, the Stanley Brothers and Jimmy Martin, too. Songs we have worked up for other couples: "Harvest Moon," "Shower the People You Love," "Forever and Ever, Amen," "When You Say Nothing At All," and many more. WEDDINGS We are skilled and experienced wedding performers. We can perform processional and recessional music, cocktail hour and reception music. We have an extensive list of bluegrass songs that we perform with masterful instrumental prowess, as well as great singing and harmonies. REQUESTS We can probably work up an arrangement of your favorite song. We've had requests for things like Neil Young's 'Harvest Moon', played for a couple's first dance at their wedding.
