Belly dancer Belinda Underwood has been dancing since she was a child. For the last ten years, she has been studying belly dance exclusively, approaching the dance from a firm yoga and pilates background. She brings elements of the world's folk art traditions together with her own luscious and unique soul-creations. An artist and traveler, she has visited many exotic lands in order to study the roots and living masters of those traditions, bringing a deeper understanding to the dance art by learning the history and theory of the music as well. Belinda currently works as a musician, dancer, and dance/music instructor in Portland, Oregon. Belinda is adept at helping with party plans, working with your budget, and being flexible with the flow of your event.
