I originally met with the owner of the company before hand with my husband about a month or so prior to our wedding. I will have to say I was very impressed. He answered all my questions and felt comfortable with his company bartending our wedding. I provided him with extra set up time an additional space for a barrel bar for his employee to run a second bar at our wedding and again he assured me this was all fine. Day of my wedding comes, as he is setting up he starts serving my guests walking into the ceremony! Not cool! There was no second bar, drinks were over poured, alcohol was misplaced and supposedly "out". when I found it in the case after the wedding.
