I possess a certificate of completion in bartending/mixology and a certificate of completion in responsible alcohol service from the Professional Bartending Institute in Greensboro, NC. In addition I am certified in the Responsible Alcohol Service Program in North Carolina and South Carolina and I am TIPS certified - I have one year and 8 months of experience serving as a bartender at private parties and other events. I especially enjoy mixing and serving alcoholic beverages to guests at private parties, fund-raisers and other events. I have learned over 150 trendy and classic cocktails, liqueur flavors, and call brands. I have experience in customer service, bar setup and break down, pouring accuracy, beer and wine service, proper handling of glassware and drink preparation. I am willing to work with other bartenders and servers or work alone. I have a portable bar that can be set-up and used for outdoor parties or venues without a bar. My goal is to help you and your guests have a very enjoyable time.

Everyone at the party loved Diane. I received compliments about her all night. I threw a surprise 50th birthday party for my husband who does not drink, he was extremely impressed that Diane was aware of this and was prepared to make him a special non alcoholic beverage. She even got him a birthday card. Can't say enough about her, she was great!

Overall, I was not pleased with the service received. I found out from multiple guests that she was impolite, arrived late, and actually spoke down to the Father of the Bride. Champagne was purchased just for the bride and groom and the bridal party for toasts. Diane, the bartender, made a comment to the father of the bride about not buying enough in a rude way. Extremely unprofessional. Her only job was to pour wine, no beer and no cocktails. She was cheap though so just remember you get what you pay for.

The review Danny gave me was not fair. He said I arrived late. It says on the contract that he signed that I was to work from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm. I arrived at 5:30 pm. No one told me they moved it up 1 hour. Two people were already serving wine at a table. I was told on the contract to bring my portable bar. I did but there was no where to set it up. I served at the table. I was told not to serve anymore wine until the bride's mother gave me permission. I had to turn guests away until she allowed me to serve. I told the bride's father, "I am sorry. I am out of champagne. I guess 2 bottles wasn't enough." I wasn't rude. It was disorganized and poorly planned.
