Worst experience! Bartender was over 2 hours late for corporate event. The bartender that came informed me that he was the back-up bartender and the original bartender was a no call/no show. When I called about a refund, (I don't think I should pay full price for 1/2 the contracted time,)I was told "you are lucky we didn't just cancel on you." They refused to issue a refund but offered money off of my next event. Needless to say, I will not be requesting their services again. I am still waiting for a call back from a supervisor; it has been over 2 weeks. I'm not holding my breath!

The back-up was almost 1 hour late to your event. For this we do apologize. we informed you of the situation and provided live turn by turn ETA updates. This includes when the back-ups car breakdown in route to your event. Our agency sent him an Uber to the side of the road.
Lastly, our team stayed on the phone with you and walked you through how to set up a self service bar until he arrived.
