Just some FYI:
The client provides all product - alcohol, mixers, glassware and ice.
I can provide all the info needed for your shopping list including brands, types and quantities with unlimited consultations to get all the details right.
Typically less is more and simpler is better. Many alcohol choices result in longer drink lines and much of it ends up going unused.
I can provide unlimited 10oz durable clear plastic solo cups for a reasonable fee. Perfect size for cocktails/wine and won't crack!
Final quote may be determined by what all alcohol is to be served, assumed use of a tip jar and actual guest count.
My fee includes one extra hour of prep, my portable bar set up if needed, any coolers/metal bin, cocktail ice bin, drive time, barware tools, cocktail straws n napkins, floor mat, stool. trash can, all detailed consultations and constant clean-up.
Gratuity amount is always at the discretion of my clients based on overall satisfaction and performance.
Fee assumes use of a tip jar but is not mandatory. Without tip jar add $15 per hour.
The events my team serves include all weddings, corporate events, birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, bar mitzvahs, festivals, trade shows, bachelor(ette) parties, frat parties, etc.
I have over twenty years of customer service careers from wholesale business owner to financial adviser to pro shop manager that led me to creating this event service.
I was also inspired to start this customer service business from countless experiences with rather rude, discourteous and incompetent servers. I could never understand how often people who relied on tips for their livelihood would not put forth the effort to earn them.

Our team will treat your guests with respect, professionalism and efficiency. We believe service with a smile is not a cliche' phrase, but the way we choose to do business.
We do not sell a product but we do sell an experience. We strive not to be the ego driven, center of attention "charmer" bartender.
The focus should always be the event and/or the host. The bartender should compliment and reflect the event, not dominate it with his or her banter.

I am also an ORDAINED MINISTER/WEDDING OFFICIANT! Performing wedding ceremonies is an honor for me that I enjoy very much! I welcome ALL couples gladly. I am rarely needed at rehearsal as my job is at the head of the venue and doesn't change much regardless of number of people standing up. Main question is if you want me stationed there at the start or walk up aisle when you designate. Pretty simple stuff. I can handle entire ceremony script or you may give any input you desire!
