Tom Foolery has been amazing children and adults alike with his balloon creations that he seemingly conjurors up from the very air it's self, He first appeared in the entrance to Visual Changes one Easter day in Lakeline mall where dumped out that first bag of 250 count of balloons in assorted colors and took up his hand pump and made his first dog and sword. He twists balloons for every ones enjoyment and is available for Birthday Parties and events (ie: Fund raisers and Carnivals)
