Charlie FogartyCharlie Fogarty is an accomplished balloon artist, whose ability to create fantastic large and small sculptures – animals, flowers, crazy hats, character costumes and unique custom designs – continues to dazzle audiences of all ages. Charlie began his career as a balloon artist in 1999, after having observed another balloon artist give and receive so much joy from his creations. He learned the basics of the art of "twisting" through observation, self-study and tapping into his own immense creativity and charismatic personality. Charlie further developed his skills at numerous national balloon jams training with master teachers form all over the world. Beginning in 2000 through 2005, Charlie participated in the filming of the balloon documentary, "Twisted."
